During our one-on-one sessions, I'll coach you on form, technique and program design so that you have an understanding of WHY you're doing what you're doing with me. 

My mission is that by then end of our training together, you no longer need me! (But you still might want me )

Along with the in-gym training component, I also include Fitness Lifestyle Coaching with many of my packages. During these Fitness Lifestyle Coaching sessions, we look at EVERYTHING in your life that may be getting in the way of reaching your goals. From sleep to stress to nutrition to mindset, we cover it all!

For many people, this is the most valuable part of the package. With lifestyle coaching, we have the power to change not just your fitness, but your entire life... And honestly, if you want your results to last far beyond your time training with me, that's what it takes! (If this isn't something you need, there are also many training-only options available. It's all about matching up with what you need!)
